White oak manor is Hiring a HR Manager Near Burlington, NC

Come Join Our Team at White Oak Manor Burlington! We are a 160-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. We have a beautiful location at 323 Baldwin Rd., Burlington, NC 27217.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to become a part of our family. This position is responsible for providing human resources functions to include talent acquisition, employee retention, payroll processing, benefits administration, worker's compensation claims management and OSHA compliance, employee onboarding and orientation, manages FMLA and other LOA, and enforcement of all company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2-years business experience in human resources and payroll processing procedures or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Experience with Paycom HRIS is preferred.
  • Experience with Worker's Comp, Unemployment, and EEOC laws required.
  • Healthcare experience is greatly desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Self-starter and ability to multi-task required.
